Privacy

We store the account email, the photos you upload, and the videos we generate, so you can come back to them. Photos and videos are private to your account unless you create a share or remix link.

Share links and phone-upload links expire. A phone-upload link can add photos to your session; don’t post that QR code in public.

Before a render is charged, text is scanned and each input photo is scanned. We don’t scan the finished video.

To delete a render or your account, email support@rapaivideos.org. Card details are handled by the payment provider when checkout is available; we do not store full card details.

Service providers and data

Cloudflare hosts the website, database and private media storage, and provides Turnstile security checks. Google processes Google sign-in when selected. Resend delivers sign-in emails and receives support messages. Waffo checks prompts and processes payments when enabled; SeeAPI checks input images; EvoLink processes prompts and reference media to generate videos and optional opening lyrics. Processing may occur outside your country.

We retain account and generation records while needed to provide the service and meet accounting or legal requirements. You can request access or deletion at support@rapaivideos.org. Share and remix links are accessible to anyone who has the link until they expire. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
