Refunds

If a render fails or times out, the credits for that render are returned automatically. You do not need to ask.

The free preview is free, so there is nothing to refund. If the preview fails, you can try again; it does not use up the one preview.

Card checkout is unavailable until payment-provider approval. Once checkout opens, an entirely unused credit-pack purchase is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@rapaivideos.org with the order reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider. Refunds remove the credits associated with that payment.
